Zen meditation in Brussels: new address!

Every Monday evening from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.  Closed during all school holidays.

We meditate in silence, sitting on a cushion, a stool or a chair. We sit three times half an hour, alternated with walking meditation. There is also regular meditation and dharma instruction. As a rule the instruction is in English, and translation is offered in French or Dutch as needed.

Zenmeditatie in Brussel: nieuw adres!

Elke maandagavond van 19.30 tot 21.30 uur. Gesloten tijdens alle schoolvakanties.

We mediteren in stilte, zittend op een kussen, bankje of stoel: drie keer een half uur, afgewisseld met wandelmeditatie. Regelmatig is er ook meditatie-instructie en dharma-onderricht. In principe is het onderricht in het Engels, en we bieden een vertaling in het Nederlands of Frans aan indien gewenst.

Méditation zen à Bruxelles: nouvelle adresse!

Chaque lundi soir de 19 h 30 à 21 h 30. Fermé pendant toutes les vacances scolaires.

Nous méditons en silence, assis sur un coussin, un petit banc ou une chaise. La séance comporte trois périodes d’assise d’une demi-heure chacune, alternativement séparées par des méditations marchées. Nous proposons régulièrement des enseignements au sujet de la méditation et du Dharma. Ces enseignements sont en principe en anglais, et il est possible d’avoir une traduction en français ou néerlandais.
